Not at all! In fact, we prefer to see your closet exactly as it is. A full, messy closet gives us the clearest picture of your real storage needs. No judgment here—we know that if your space were already perfect, you wouldn’t need our help.
Nothing is required. If you’d like, you can think about your current frustrations (too many shoes, not enough hanging space, poor lighting, etc.) or gather inspiration from Pinterest or magazines. But don’t stress—our designers will ask the right questions and bring plenty of ideas to spark inspiration.
Your designer will:

- Create a 3D rendering so you can see what your new closet will look like.
- Walk you through different options at different price points so you feel in control of your project.
Your design consultation is completely free. Once you’ve reviewed your 3D design, your designer will provide options at different investment levels so you can decide what works best for your budget and goals.

Sometimes, yes, but don’t worry. Your designer will go over all preparation steps with you in advance. If your old system needs to be removed, patched, or painted, we’ll either handle it for you or connect you with a trusted local partner. We even provide garment racks so you can easily store clothes during the process.
